As a Backend Developer at High Ground, I develop and maintain robust backend systems including admin panels and APIs for frontend and mobile applications, primarily utilizing Laravel and Filament.
I work in a dynamic Scrum environment, actively participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning with Project Managers, Product Owners, Head of IT, QAs, and other team members. I continuously track assigned tasks, integrate QA feedback from Jira/Taiga, and produce daily reports for project management and the CEO.
